It's important to have good photographs to sell you property. Photo's sell, sell, sell!! When photographing a home make sure you have good lighting open all the windows turn on the lights, a home that is clean photographs well and a wide angle lens helps to capture the entire house. Don't rely on your camera phone for good selling photo's. I have great equipment to photograph homes.
I will photograph your real estate photography for a flat rate of $100 for each property photographed. Entire property interior as well as exterior is included. You will receive your final edited images on CD; low res images can be emailed. Staging is the responsibility of the agent. Turn around time is 1-2 days. Properties will only be photographed during daylight hours.
